CFOZ version

Two minutes of cardio (your choice), samson stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if in first two weeks of WODs)

Burgerner Warm-up 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 sets. (pvc/broomstick)

    110# is a PR for me. I’m frustrated because I know the fails were all mental.
