At Boot Camp we use the principles of CrossFit, constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity, to:

Constantly change the workout to keep it fresh
CrossFit is scaleable to all levels of fitness. The boot camp emphasizes using body-weight movements, dumbbells, sprinting, jumping, and anything else we can use in our environment to get your heart-rate up and work your muscles without a bunch of fancy equipment. It is the perfect introduction to CrossFit!

We will meet at Rock Springs Park at the football field parking lot which can be accessed from Spriggs Road, past the main entrance to the park. In case of rain, meet at the pavilion near the playground in the front parking lot.
Bring water, good athletics shoes, a towel if you want and your A game!
