For Time:
5 Unbroken Double Unders
5 Burpees
10 Unbroken Double Unders
5 Burpees
15 Unbroken Double Unders
5 Burpees
20 Unbroken Double Unders
5 Burpees
25 Unbroken Double Unders
Then back up

Be careful If you perform this outside. Make sure you clear a large spot to workout in. DO NOT BE AN IDOT. Be safe. If you do not have a jump rope or cannot find space sub Air Squats for DUs.
