Partner Carry 30ft
1 Minute of Deadlift with Axel Bar 115
Partner Carry 30ft
1 Minute of Alternating Burpees
Rest 2 Minutes

*One person works at a time. The Partner Carry must be performed at the top of every minute before you start the movement.
