Come in for mobility and to work with your team.

As Many Reps As Possible in 6 minutes of:
Alternating Partner Wall Balls 14/10 to 10’/9′
Girls can use guy ball (14lb to 10′) but guys cannot use girl ball.
As Many Reps As Possible in 6 minutes of:
Uphill Row (Calories)

-Rest 12 Minutes-

6 Minutes for each Player to find a 1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk
*Add each members Max to form a total. Girls are X1.5
