Clean Eating – My Fitness Pal Group
If you’ve decided to join the Clean Eating Challenge you’ll need to keep track of your food and macros. The easiest way to do this is to get a free account on My Fitness Pal.
To help everyone stay accountable, I’ve created a group on My Fitness Pal, it’s here.
This group will allow people to ask questions, share recipes and make it easier for me and the other coaches to check your food logs. To allow us to see your food logs, add me as your friend (we’re friends, right?!) head over to food -> settings -> diary settings -> choose your setting (You can choose to have it locked with a key if you don’t want to share with anyone else, but you’ll need to give the coaches the key so we can check your food every week).
