Very Proud of Pure Strength’s athlete Tommy Caputo form CrossFit Pure! He did awesome on his first trip to Regionals this weekend! Coming in 17th in the South East. Truly a blessed athlete!  Hard work and dedication pays off. Keep it up sir!

1 Snatch at 85% of Max
50 Double Unders
5 Muscle Ups
20 Air Squats
*Sub MUs for Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups and Ring Dips 1:1.
