Take 15 Minutes to work up to a heavy, good form Barbell Complex

Barbell Complex

1 Clean 
1 Front Squat
1 Push Jerk
1 Back Squat
1 Behind the neck Push Jerk

-Then-

Partner WOD
‘Judge and be Judged’
*Partners will take turns counting reps and Judging standards. Partner 1 will perform the workout while partner 2 judges, then rest as needed and then partner 1 will judge partner 2.

For Time:
30 Wallballs
30 Pull-Ups
30 Burpees
