1 min incline push ups on box (elbow in close)
1 min deadlifts (95/135)
1 min Sled Push for 50 feet (counts as 5 reps) empty sled
1 min hollow rocks on the pull up bar
1 min HSPU  (Rx counts as X2 reps)
1 min axle bar lunges for 50 feet (counts as 5 reps)  (45/65#)
1 min rope climbs (Rx counts as 2 reps)
1 min mountain climbers
1 min ring dips (Rx counts as 2 reps)
1 min pistols (Rx counts as 2 reps)
1 min partner carry (to the other building and back, counts as 5 reps)
*Two people work at a station for one minute.  They can alternate the movements as they want and combine all of their reps for that station (resting person counts and judges their partner until switch off).  There will be one minute of rest between each station.  They can start at any station that they want but have to follow the order listed.
