3 Rounds of:
10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 LArm/5 RArm) 53/35
15 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
20 Over Head Walking Lunges (10 LArm/10 RArm) 53/35
-400m Run-

* You may only rest the KB on the ground between rounds. Once you start the round you may only rest KB holding in hand or front rack position. If you place the KB on the ground during the round you must stop and perform 10 Burpees.
