Partner Mobility 

Partner WOD
-As Many Reps as Possible in 4 Minutes of:
Alternating Wallballs
*Do not let the ball hit the ground. Once the clock starts if the ball hits the ground you and your partner must do 5 Burpees each.
-As Many Reps as Possible in 4 Minutes of:
Max effort pull-Ups
*One partner works at a time. Which ever partner is not performing pull-ups, must hold a Hand-Stand against the wall
-Max distance in 4 Minutes of:
Sled Pushes 
*Both Partners may push at the same time, or you may alternate.

*No rest between movements. There will be a 12 minutes on the clock.
