Front Squat
1×3@ 60%, 1×3@ 70%, 1×3@ 80%

-Then-

As many Reps as Possible in 10 Minutes of:
1 Hand-Stand Push-Up
1 Box Jump 30/24
1 Toes to bar
*Every round add one rep to each movement.
