Partner WOD

50 Burpees
50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/53
50 Lunges With Kettlebell 53/35
50 Ring Dips
50 Deadlifts 205/125
50 Wall Balls 20/14
One Partner works at a time. The other must hold a Kettlebell 53/35. If the kettlebell hits the ground at anytime during the workout both partners must stop and do 15 burpees each.
