For Time:

1 200m Run
2 Hand Stand Push-Ups
3 Sit-Ups
4 Wallballs
5 Pull-Ups
6 Double Unders
7 Burpees
8 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
9 Supermans
10 Lunges
11 Toes to Bar
12 Thursters 95/65
* Start with the run and add a movement every round. Every round starts with a 200m Run. So 1 200m Run, the 1 200m Run and 2 HSPUs, then 1 200m Run 2 HSPUs 3 Sit-Ups, and so on.
