So the Whole30 is halfway finished (yay!). By now, I’d like to think we’ve all got a handle on this no sugar, no legume, no grain existence. It’s not awful, but there’s no cupcakes. In roughly 15 days, we’ll be reintroducing foods back into our diet to figure out how it effects us. I know there’s a few of us that can’t wait to get a huge cheeseburger and french fries (with ketchup!). But I just wanted to leave this here so you have plenty of time to think about it. These are the ingredients in McDonald’s fries.
I’m not sure what 16 of those ingredients are for. Last time I checked, you can make an awesome batch of fries with just a potato, some oil and salt.
Just some food for thought. Take care of your bodies and be mindful of what you put in it.
