As Many Reps as Possible in 12 Minutes of:
50 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
50 Alternating Burpees to an AbMat
50 Team Tandem Air Squats
Buy-In: Each Teammate Rows 20 Calories.
*Teams of 4. Groups of two work together on the KBS and Burpees. All 4 teammates perform the Air Squats.
