2 Box Jump Overs 24/20
* Start with 2 reps of each movement, add 2 reps to each movement each round. So 2,4,6,8,and so on.

Rest 10 Minutes

As many reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

5 Power Snatches 95/65
20 Double Unders 
5 Toes to Bar
