20 Double Unders
Rest 3 minutes
As many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Wallballs 20/14
3 Pull-Ups
Rest 2 minutes
As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
15 Hip Extentions
10 Toes to Bar
