5 Box Jumps 30/24
5 Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 1 minute
As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
5 Wallballs 20/14
5 Pull-Ups
Rest 1 minute
As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
10 Alternating Pistols
5 Toes to Bar
