As many reps as possible in 10 minutes
100m Farmers Carry
Max Effort Burpees
*Partner 1 performs the farmers carry, while partner 2 performs burpees. Once the carry is over partners switch. Keep a running total of burpees.

Rest 3 Minutes

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes

30 Deadlifts 135/95
20 Power Cleans 135/95
10 Thrusters 135/95
* Partner 1 runs 200m while partner 2 performs movements. Partners switch when run is complete. 

Post total reps from each AMRAP to comments.
