Power Clean + Front Squat+ Push Press+ Back Squat+ Push Jerk

-Then-

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Even: Barbell Complex
Odd: 50 Double Unders

-Rest 2 minute-

Alternating Tabata 
Plank Hold/Hollow Hold
*8 Rounds of each movement.
