Partner WOD 

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

200m Run
Max Effort Kettlebell Swings 53/35
*Partner 1 swings the kettlebell, while partner 2 performs as many kettlebell swings as possible. Then partners switch. 

-Rest 5 Minutes-

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

20 Wallballs 20/14
20 Pull-Ups
20 Sit-Ups
20 Push-Ups

Post total reps from each AMRAP to comments.
