WOD #1 from upcoming Barbell for Bullies 

“Kannen” – Scaled Division

This one is a mix of Karen and Annie

Karen – 150 Wallballs (14/10lb, 10ft/9ft)
 immediately into 
Single Annie 
Single Unders and Abmat Situps
 immediately into 
Synchronized Burpees 
15 minute timecap!

One athlete works at a time for first 2 workouts, all 4 must complete at least 1 rep. 15 minute cap. Score is total amount of burpees completed as a team. In the event of a tie, winner will be whoever finished the WOD portion first.
