Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
Even: 1 Complex
Odd: 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats

  1. Great workout today! It was good to be back. I feel so much better physically and mentally after just one workout. No more excuses from me about why I can’t come regularly!
