Saturday we will be headed to stone mountain for a WOD at the prak. We will be hiking up stone mountain. Feel free to bring friends and family. We will meet at the park at 9:30AM.

5 Rounds for time of:

200m Run
5 Pull-Ups
10 Wallballs
20 Walking Lunges
40 Double Unders
