Happy New Year!

As life moves forward things change. Sometimes change can be scary. As my life moves forward I have had to make some hard decisions. Some I am not happy with but I know in the long run are what’s best from me. Sadly I must announce the CrossFit Ozone will be closing at the end of January. I am sorry for ending this journey. I am so thankful for all the people I have met. The relationships I have built. For all that each one of you given to me. Thank you Jenn and Aaron for starting this journey with me. I would never have had the courage to take the gym over on my own in the beginning. Thank you to Brain and Carmen for all of the help and heart you have put into Ozone over the years. Thank you to Carolyn, you have become a wonderful coach and a great friend. Thank you to JJ for being a great coach and sharing with Ozone your ability to help show others the strength they have inside themselves. Thank you Laura for being a great coach and a great friend. Thank you everyone who has ever been a member of Ozone or shared in a workout with our community. I am forever grateful to all of you.

May this New Year bring you love, joy, prosperity, and happiness.
